StringKing warranties its heads and shafts for a period of 6 months from the date of original retail purchase. Should your StringKing head break under warranty, StringKing will replace the head or offer credit of the same value.
StringKing's warranty covers:
Major cracks, bends, or breaksManufacturing DefectsDeformations that would significantly affect performance or deem the head unplayable
StringKing's warranty does not cover:Purchase from an unauthorized retailerIntentional alterations (pinching, baking, bending, cutting)Deliberate misuseNormal wear and tearMinor nicks and scratchesShould you need to make a warranty claim, please fill out StringKing's return request form to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
