Cascade Maverik, LLC, warrants to the original retail customer only, their product be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified by item:
Cascade- Helmets, Headgear, and Eyewear: 1 Year
Maverik- Shafts and Complete Sticks: 180 Days
- Heads: 90 Days
- Protective Equipment, Bags, and Apparel: 30 Days
Cascade Maverik requires that all warranty claims be accompanied by the original retail purchase receipt and a photo of the damaged product.
Cascade Maverik retains sole discretion to repair, replace the product (or defective part), or issue a refund for the original purchase price.
Damage determined by Cascade Maverik to be the result of intentional modifications, abuse, improper use, failure to follow product instructions, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, or other actions and events beyond the reasonable control of Cascade Maverik will not be covered.
