Diadem's official USAPA Tournament approved ball is here, debuting the new standard in single mold seamless construction.
Formed from an incredibly durable plastic, Diadem's hard material composition and 40 precision-cut holes produce a ball with excellent consistency and performance on outdoor courts.
This ball is considered a fast ball due to its hardness which places it in the upper end of the USAPA allowance. Tested in extreme conditions you can expect long lasting durability in weather as cold as 45 degrees.
All Diadem high performance paddles registered with Diadem are warranted against defects for a period of 6 months from date of retail purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence, or user modification as well as the natural fading of graphics over time are not covered. The paddle face and edge guard will scratch, nick, scuff, and chip over normal use throughout the life of the paddle.
The above stated Diadem warranty is not transferable after registration and only applies to the original owner when the paddle is purchased new from a Diadem authorized retailer. Diadem Sports' 6 month warranty period is only available for Diadem paddles in the United States. Diadem has the sole discretion to determine whether a paddle is covered and will either replace or repair any paddle covered under the warranty.
If you suspect your paddle to be defective and have registered your paddle with Diadem, fill out the Diadem warranty claim form and Diadem will get back to you within 24 hours M-F.
