At Lacrosse Monkey, we want your gear to arrive safely and on time. That's why we've partnered with Seel to offer optional Worry-Free Delivery. For a small fee, you're covered if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If something goes wrong, file a claim at resolve.seel.com with your email and order number. Seel handles the claim and gets you refunded fast.

How It Works

1. Purchase Worry‑Free Delivery® - Seel’s Worry‑Free Delivery® is enabled by default at the shopping cart; uncheck the box to remove it from your order.

2. Order ships as usual - Lacrosse Monkey fulfills and ships your order like normal. You'll receive an email from Seel after purchase containing the details of your coverage.

3. You're covered if something goes wrong - If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is stolen after delivery, submit a claim through Seel.

4. Fast resolution - Seel reviews and resolves eligible claims - often faster than traditional carrier claims.


How much does Worry-Free Delivery® cost?

Worry‑Free Delivery® is a small, order‑based fee that’s calculated and shown clearly in your shopping cart before you place your order.

Pricing varies by order total, but it’s designed to be a low‑cost way to protect high‑value gear; especially once it’s left on your doorstep. With porch theft and shipping mishaps becoming more common, Worry‑Free Delivery® offers added confidence that your purchase is protected from the moment it ships to the moment it’s in your hands. Think of it as peace of mind for your package, at a fraction of the cost of replacing stolen or damaged equipment.

You’ll see the exact price before you complete your purchase. If you don't want Worry-Free Delivery®, you can remove the item from your order or uncheck the box from the Shopping Cart.


What does Worry-Free Delivery® cover?

- Packages lost in transit

- Items damaged during shipping

- Packages stolen after delivery

Coverage applies based on Seel’s terms and eligibility guidelines.


What is not covered?

- International orders (Seel Worry-Free Delivery® will be automatically canceled and the fee refunded if accidentially included on an International Order).

- In-Store Pick-up Orders. 

- Orders with Custom or Made-to-Order products.

- Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.

- Issues unrelated to shipping (such as sizing preferences or product performance)

- Situations that fall outside Seel’s coverage terms

For non‑shipping returns or exchanges, Lacrosse Monkey’s standard return policy applies.


How do I file a claim?

If something goes wrong with your delivery:

1. Visit the Seel claim portal https://resolve.seel.com (link also provided in your Seel confirmation email)

2. Submit the requested details about your order

3. Seel will review and follow up with next steps

Most claims are processed quickly and online.


How long do I have to report an issue?

1. Lost in Transit Shipments are orders that have shipped but never update to delivered; these must be reported within 10 days of the fulfillment date.

2. Marked Delivered but Not Received must be reported within 15 days of the Delivery Date. You may be asked to provide photos, videos, a notarized statement, police report, or carrier confirmation.

3. Damaged Items must be reported within 15 days of the Delivery Date. You may be asked to provide photos of damage to the product and packaging.


Who handles the claim, Lacrosse Monkey or Seel?

Claims related to Worry‑Free Delivery® are handled directly by Seel, which helps speed up resolution and reduces back‑and‑forth with carriers.


Will I receive a refund or a replacement?

Approved claims will result in a refund, depending on the situation and Seel’s resolution process. If you would like a replacement, please place another order.


If my claim is approved, how will I be refunded?

Seel offers a fast and flexible refund process allowing you to have a refund sent to you using Venmo or ACH deposits to the customer's bank.


Is Seel Worry-Free Delivery® refundable?

Worry‑Free Delivery® is non‑refundable once your order has shipped. If you remove it at checkout before completing your purchase, you won’t be charged.

Because Worry‑Free Delivery® provides immediate shipping protection once an order is placed, the fee can’t be refunded after shipment - even if the order is later returned or exchanged.


Does Worry‑Free Delivery® affect my Lacrosse Monkey return policy?

No. Worry‑Free Delivery® is separate from Lacrosse Monkey’s return policies. It is specifically for shipping‑related issues.


Why should I add Worry-Free Delivery® to my order?

It provides:

1. Extra peace of mind

2. Faster resolutions than traditional carrier claims

3. Protection against unpredictable shipping issues

Especially helpful for high‑value gear or time‑sensitive orders.


What if I purchased Seel Worry-Free Delivery® by accident?

You can cancel Seel Worry-Free Delivery® before the first item of your order ships, or within 24 hours of when the order was placed; whichever comes first. You can cancel the coverage by clicking the link from Seel's Coverage Confirmation Email message. Once the first item of your order has shipped, Worry-Free Delivery® cannot be canceled or refunded as the coverage is active.
