STX offers a limited warranty period for products found to be broken or unusable under normal playing condidtions as a result of poor workmanship, manufacturing defects, or material failure.
Products determined to be eligible by STX will be replaced with the same product or replaced with a product of equal value.
Condiditons for Warranty Approval
Proof of Purchase from authorized STX dealer
No intentional modifications (e.g. engraving, gouging, branding, drilling, pinching, baking, dying, bending or evidence of excessive flexing) or other deliberate abuse
Pocket removed from any returned men’s head
Note that all returned items become the property of STX
If submitting claim to STX directly, product must be delivered to the following address with the allowance of 3-5 weeks for processing:

STX limited warranty replacement periods begin at the date of retail purchase and vary, subject to the type of product (See Below).

30 Days: All other STX products
