Hero Strings are engineered with performance in mind. The sidewall strings are tightly woven and will not loosen or lose tension, while the shooters are soft yet durable for a smooth, accurate release. The shooting nylons have a similar feel as the shooters, but are thinner and stiffer for a snappy release. Now it’s your turn to be elite.
ECD Lacrosse offers a 6 month warranty on all products. Dyed heads are covered under our warranty.
ECD will replace unusable or broken products (or provide a replacement of equal value) that break or become unusable under normal playing conditions within 6 months of the original purchase date. Original proof of purchase must be provided in order to process a claim. Once the claim has been received, a member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps you will need to take.
Chips and scratches are not covered under the warranty, as they are to be expected during regular use.
