At LacrosseMonkey.com we have the largest selection of lacrosse equipment and the best pricing in the industry. If for some reason you've found an advertised price from one of our specified competitors, that is lower than any identical product currently in stock that we sell on LacrosseMonkey.com (even if it is only a $.01) - we'll beat their advertised price by 10%! This policy does not extend to orders with coupons or products that are covered by a manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price policy. Requests for Price Matching must be made at the time an order is placed using the method described below; requests for Price Matches over the phone will not be honored. Requests for Price Matching must be made for the identical product (this includes, but is not limited to: size, width, color, etc.).

To apply for a price adjustment, please follow these three easy steps:

1) Add the products that you would like to price match to your shopping cart
2) Enclose the competitor's product page address (URL) and the price in the comments box of your order (see example below)
3) Fill out the order form and submit your order!

We will verify the price and modify your order if all conditions are satisfied. If the price match is denied, we will contact you for further instruction.

Choosing A Shipping Method:
Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does NOT count towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day shipping package, the arrival date will be the following Tuesday.)

Billing Discrepancies:
Please be advised that Orders with Different Bill to and Ship to Addresses, Card Holder Name Different than Name on Order, or other issues may be subject to delays due to our strict verification process. You may receive a call to confirm information before order is shipped.

Shipping Rates:
We have eliminated our handling fee on all orders and adopted a simple shipping structure on all UPS Ground orders.

The LacrosseMonkey.com™ Warehouse is located in Southern California, so choose your shipping times accordingly STANDARD SHIPPING ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. If you absolutely need it by a certain day then choose one of the air services.

Free shipping offers do not apply to team sales orders.

Express Orders:
All Express orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes due to order volume it may take an additional day to process your order. (If you need a product by a specific date then please call us). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.

Orders leaving LacrosseMonkey.com™ are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes:
Our default carrier, UPS, will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

Standard Return Policy: We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item covered by our Standard Return Policy within 150 days from the original date of purchase. Items that are returned within 14 days of receipt will not incur a restocking fee. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. If you purchase multiple sizes of the same product (i.e. cleats in 6.0, 7.0 & 7.5) and choose to return some, but not all products, you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee even if it is returned within 14 days of receipt. Other restrictions may apply.

To help maintain our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, most merchandise purchased from LacrosseMonkey.com® may be returned within 150 days for a partial refund (purchase price minus 10% restocking fee). Products returned within 14 days of receipt will not incur a restocking fee. All product returns require a Return Authorization Number. Items purchased from LacrosseMonkey.com are not eligible for returns or exchanges at our retail locations. Items purchased from a MonkeySports SuperStore may only be returned or exchanged at a MonkeySports SuperStore. The return policy for our MonkeySports SuperStores differs from our website, please contact the nearest MonkeySports SuperStore for additional details.

Limited Return Policy: Items that are purchased under our Limited Return Policy may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. Other restrictions may apply.

Items Not Eligible for Return: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:

    - Jocks & Undergarments - Due to the personal nature of the product
    - Mouthguards - Due to hygenic reasons
    - Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations
    - Customized Products - This includes jerseys with personalization
    - Blemished Products
    - Mystery Products
    - Daily Deal Products (price ending in $XX.97)

How To Return An Item:

    Step 1: Please call 1 800 225 7603 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will NOT accept any returns without an Return Authorization Number. IMPORTANT: All Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused! A Return Authorization Number expires 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be REFUSED and RETURNED. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number as long as the product is within the return window. Simply call our Custom Service department to obtain another number.

      Please do not attach or tape any Shipping Label Directly on a Shoe Box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. Please do not use a Shoe Box as your shipping box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. At LacrosseMonkey.com™ we do not sell used merchandise and we would not want to give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.

Product Warranties:
Most manufacturers provide warranty services for defective products, directly. Below is a reference guide for lacrosse shafts and heads along with a telephone number for warranty departments for each manufacturer.

    Shaft / Head:
    All shaft and head warranties are FACTORY DIRECT

    All sticks must be completely broken from game play or practice. Dings, dents, and scratches are NOT covered by Warranty. Heads must not be gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged. Stringing components are not covered under warranty. You must contact the correct manufacturer to receive warranty information and a return authorization number. All products must be accompanied by a receipt to show proof of purchase and purchase date. The Manufacturer, upon receiving defective product, will send a new shaft or unstrung head back to you.

    No Warranties:
    Warrior Alloy 2000, STX AL6000, Brine Throttle, and DeBeer 6000 series sticks.

    30 Day Warranty:
    All Titanium Defense Shafts.

    6 Month Warranty:
    All heads and products not listed above.

    Manufacturer Warranty Departments:

We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, LacrosseMonkey.com™ will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions.

We will waive the restocking fee if an eligible product is returned to LacrosseMonkey within 14 days of delivery; after this all other returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please view our Return Policy for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even it the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping. Refunds are limited to the cost of merchandise only, we do not issue refunds for the price of shipping in any case.

Example: If a customer ordered a lacrosse stick that included free ground shipping for $179.99 and chooses to return the entire stick after 14 days, the customer would be responsible for a restocking fee of 10% ($17.99) and the base ground shipping charge of $14.99, resulting in a refund of $147.01. If the customer returned the equipment within 14 days of receipt, only a shipping charge of $14.99 would be deducted from the refund.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement. Exchanges for other product or requests for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee.

Express Exchange:
If upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges); then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item.

Clearance / Closeout Items:
Clearance or Closeout items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All products sold by LacrosseMonkey.com™ are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items!

All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.
