Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that Titanium (attack and goalie length ONLY), all Kryptolyte, and all Platinum Series shafts will be free from defects including severe bends or breakage during normal use for six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase.
Warrior Lacrosse warrants, to the original customer only, that the Titantium defense shafts will be free from defects including severe bends or breakage during normal use for thirty (30) days from the date of original retail purchase.
Dings, dents and scratches may occur during normal use and are not covered under warranty. Men's and Women's Aluminum 6000 shafts are not covered under warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for each return. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, cancelled check, credit card or bank statement, or anything else that clearly indicates the date of purchase. In addition, the purchase must be made through an authorized Warrior dealer.
Warrior Sports will replace the product with the exact product that is defective. If the product is no longer available, Warrior will replace with a different color or upgrade you free of charge if Warrior no longer carries that item.
