The Metrik head is designed for the perfect blend of power and accuracy. This head was the first Maverik head to be made right here in the United States. It supports a level 3 bottom rail for minimal offset capability, 3-strut design for optimal rail support and TRU FORM TECHNOLOGY which allows the head to retain its shape after hard checks. Lastly, with its narrow neck you will have maximum pinch for a consistent channel and ball control.

listen up all laxies out there I've been playing for years since I was 6. started out with the oringinal proton(1 of favs) and over the years I've collected many many diff heads and brands from proton to razor to answer to blade to clutch to proton super power to optik to many many others. I'm a experienced player and very good and played all positions attack middie long stick even goalied few times when needed. This head I got on sale for very cheap and I must say its actually a very good head. I love it for attack or middie play. Would not face off with it which I also do a lot but I stick with my blade or ceo even the mav rize is pretty solid for face offs . But see some of you said it broke to fast or this or that and thru all my years playing I found out even the best expensive heads can break fast or easy. Just like boxing one right punch and it's a knock-out so don't let one horrible time ruin your view on a head. this head is little heavy but I don't mind it or notice to much plus you practice with this head n then switch to lighter head for game feels like holding nothing and stronger shot after using the heavier head n what not. MAV prob my fav brand for many reasons love the plastic they use and the designs plus all made in the greatest country US of A. this head isn't not as bad as some of you say maby it's just you don't know how to play properly and as I stated even the best head on market can break after one use or one check. As said been round for while played with many diff heads I own over 35 diff heads to this daye(had more but sold or retired them). no matter the review or how great head looks or suppose to be I don't believe any head is worth 100$ or more just my opinion so if you paid that for any head and it broke fast hopefully lesson learned and you do what I do wait for deals or sales. last but not least the head doesn't make you great is you who makes the head great I've used even a beginners stick or head at times cause their cheap n didn't care of broke and I've still tore it up and even scored 9goals 6assist in one singal game with the Mav bad boy stick look it up nothing special even tho I think it has a great face shape and could be even better if focused more into its full protential . but anyway love this head and everyone stop hating .Review by syracise26 (Posted on 12/6/2016)
Perfect for attackReview by Hawk fan (Posted on 10/25/2016)
Great for aggressive middies
Not wide enough for d
Very accurate with 6D mesh
This head increase power & speed on shots, the durability means it's great for offensive. Defiantly recommended.Review by Zach (Posted on 10/25/2016)
this head is not horrible but if you are actually good and look for results then this head is not worth 80$. It is fine for casual use and for a beginner but if you are a legit lacrosse player you should know better then to get this hunk of junk.Review by st (Posted on 10/25/2016)
Good head for price! A lot of stringing options. Difficult to scoop ground balls.Review by Bayside (Posted on 10/25/2016)
As a player I think this head is great! It was very easy to string. I would recommend getting a lighter shaft since this head is a little bit on the heavier side but it works great!Review by Jim (Posted on 10/25/2016)
I got this head because it was a good deal and it looked like a really good head. I had the head for 2 weeks and never used it and just strung it up, finally when I had my first practice i went for a ground ball and on the sidewall it snapped.Review by Jacob (Posted on 10/25/2016)
It's a good head especially for the price. It has a good amount of stringing holes and strings easilyReview by Jacob (Posted on 10/25/2016)
Great head fora beginner, not the best head for someone more experienced. it is pinched a lot.Review by nate the great (Posted on 10/25/2016)
