Basic Lacrosse Gear is Essential to the Game

Lacrosse cannot be played without some basic lacrosse gear. Basic lacrosse gear includes lacrosse balls, netted sticks or crosses and protective gear. Lacrosse gear used to play the game and the International Lacrosse Federation regulates even some lacrosse apparel.
Crosses are essential lacrosse gear items that vary in size. The crosse is the netted stick players use to move the Lacrosse ball over the field. Crosses are between forty and seventy-two inches long. Both the shaft and the head or netted parts of the crosse are made of plastic or either laminated or regular wood or other materials approved by the ILF.
